Working in partnership
Maternity units
SNEE MNVP works in partnership with the maternity and neonatal units across Suffolk and North east Essex to improve and develop services. We work with the following hospitals: Clacton, Colchester, Ipswich and West Suffolk
Local Maternity and Neonatal System (LMNS)
MNVP's serve the needs of local families, gathering feedback and advising Local Maternity and Neonatal Systems (LMNS’s), which include expert clinical groups and those commissioning services from a service user perspective.
Families across Suffolk and North east Essex
All local families can get involved with their MNVP by giving feedback or becoming a service user representative.

Hire slow, fire fast
This is an old concept in business that you should hire slow and fire quickly. It means that you should take your time when bringing someone into your organization. On the flip-side, if it's not working out, let the person go without delay.
Panel discusion: Calvin Howards & Richard Alonderbridge
Evaluating leaders: what is a good leader and how do we know it?
